HELP Decker GO GREEN! For 2009-2010, our goal is to reduce home fliers by 75%. This will save time, money, paper and eliminate searching through backpacks. Decker's office will be e-mailing parents during the school year. Please provide us with your e-mail address. If you do not have internet access, we will send home a paper copy to you.

Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: Primary (1st-3rd) 8:10 a.m.-2:25 p.m. Upper (4th-6th) 8:10 a.m.-2:55 p.m. Kindergarten: (AM)8:10 a.m.-11:36 p.m. (PM) 11:40 a.m.-3:06 p.m.
Wednesday: Grades: 1st-6th 8:10 a.m.-1:25p.m. Kindergarten: no change
LATE START Friday: All grades start at 9:05a.m.
Dismissal: (1st-3rd)- 2:25p.m. (4th-6th)- 2:55p.m.
SEPTEMBER 2009
Sept. 4 Meet Your Teacher @ 9:00 a.m.-10 a.m. (Classlists will be posted on Sept. 4) Sept. 8 First Day of School
Sept.8-11 (1st-6th grades EARLY OUT dismissal at 1:25 p.m.) Sept. 22 Back to School @ 5:30-7:00 p.m.
School starts at 8:10 a.m. Be on time. You are marked tardy after the bell rings. Make illness the only excuse for absenses.
*** ALL student Drop Off and Pick-Up at the GATE located on Village Loop Road adjacent to the crosswalk. Please, do not use the parking lot as a drop off or pick-up location. There is no supervision.
***Student supervision begins at 7:45 a.m. Do not drop off students before 7:45 a.m.
REMINDERS:
LAUP Los Angeles Universal Preschool (LAUP) will be offered at Decker Elementary School for the school year 2009-10. You may inquire at the school office or call Child Development at (909) 397-4622.
